The trained staff was always ready to meet my needs. I also appreciated the free airport pick-up and shuttle service, allowing easy access to various venues and attractions in Ubud.

The place is run by trainee staff without a manager present. The website information is misleading, with inaccurate descriptions of facilities such as the swimming pool, living room, and views.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Ubud. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Monkey Forest and a free shuttle to Ubud Center. The private pool was a nice touch, although the water was a bit cold. It would have been great if the pool could be heated up. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there were eateries and a supermarket nearby. Umae Villa provided a beautiful oasis in a convenient spot.
